Delete Your Account
You have the right to permanently delete your UrbanFit AI account and the personal data associated with it. This page explains what happens when you submit a deletion request.
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to support@urbanfitai.com with the subject line “Delete my account”. Include the email address associated with your account in the message body.
We process deletion requests within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been removed.
Data We Delete
Upon verification of your request, the following data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
Profile & account information
Name, email, age, height, weight, and all personal details entered during onboarding.
Weight logs
Every weigh-in and body measurement recorded in the app.
Meal logs
All food entries, barcode scans, and nutrition history.
Progress photos
All images uploaded to track your physical transformation.
AI chat history
Every conversation with your AI coach, including goals, check-ins, and advice threads.
Data We May Retain
Certain limited data may be retained after deletion where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
Financial records
Receipts and transaction records for any paid subscriptions, retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.
Fraud and abuse records
If your account was flagged for fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service, minimal records may be kept to prevent re-registration.
Aggregated analytics
Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you.
